  2. Scan for Posts: For each profile, the automation scans their recent activity to find their latest posts within a configurable time frame (e.g., the last 7 days).
  3. AI-Powered Filtering: It uses AI to analyze the content of each post. The AI determines if the post is relevant to a topic you define (like "AI Agent use cases" or "growth marketing strategies"), ensuring you only focus on meaningful conversations.
  4. Capture Relevant Content: Relevant new posts are saved to a 'Posts' sheet in your Google Sheet for tracking and to prevent duplicates.
