This agent connects to your Google Calendar to analyze your schedule over a configurable time period (default: 7 days). It intelligently categorizes every event into "Customer meetings," "Internal meetings," or "Independent work" based on attendee email domains and your company's domain.
The agent performs deep pattern analysis on your work schedule, including:
  • Meeting overload detection (flags when meetings exceed 50% of working hours)
  • Daily fragmentation analysis (identifies days lacking 2+ hour focus blocks)
  • Context switching tracking (counts transitions between customer and internal meetings, plus back-to-back meetings with less than 15 minutes gap)
After calculating time breakdowns and analyzing patterns, the agent uses AI to generate personalized insights and actionable recommendations for improving your time management. If the AI analysis is unavailable, it falls back to rule-based recommendations.
The final output is a comprehensive HTML email report sent to your configured email address, containing a full time breakdown with hours and percentages, AI-powered insights, and detailed analysis metadata.
Usage Ideas:
  • Personal Productivity: Get a weekly, objective look at where your time goes to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Team Lead & Manager Insights: Understand meeting culture, protect engineers' focus time, and prevent burnout.
  • Client & Project Management: Estimate time spent on different clients by categorizing meetings based on their domain.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze how much time sales reps spend in customer-facing meetings versus internal ones.
  • Founder & Executive Oversight: Get a data-driven overview of your weekly time allocation to stay focused on critical priorities.

Customization Ideas:
  • Change your report destination: Instead of email, you can adapt this agent to send the report to a Slack channel or another preferred service.
  • Define your work categories: Modify the rules that determine what counts as an "internal," "customer," or "focus" meeting to match how your team operates.
  • Adjust productivity metrics: Customize the thresholds for analysis, such as what constitutes a "long focus block" or how many back-to-back meetings trigger an alert.
  • Customize the AI analysis: Guide the AI to focus on the productivity areas that matter most to you and change the tone and style of the final recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Google Calendar must be connected in your Airtop integrations settings.
  • Google Mail must be connected in your Airtop integrations settings.
  • The "userDomain" parameter should match your company's email domain (e.g., "company.com") so the agent can correctly distinguish internal vs. external meetings.
