This template downloads the latest paid invoice from Figma and emails it to a chosen recipient. You can easily customize it to pull invoices from any other billing source.
This automation streamlines your financial workflows by automatically retrieving and distributing your Figma invoices. Here’s how it works:
- Navigates to Figma: The agent opens the Figma website in a cloud browser.
- Verifies Login: It checks if you are already logged into your Figma account. If not, the automation will pause and prompt you to log in.
- Finds Invoices: Once logged in, it navigates through your account's Admin and Billing sections to the Invoices page.
- Identifies Latest Invoice: The agent intelligently scans the page to identify the most recent invoice that has been marked as "Paid".
- Downloads Invoice: It then clicks to view and download the invoice, saving it as a PDF file.
- Sends Email: Finally, using your integrated Google Mail account, it composes a new email, attaches the downloaded invoice PDF, and sends it to the recipient you specified.
